The risk register is one the joint mechanisms created within the project “TACT-CBC partnership Tsenovo-Hotarele-Greaca against nature risks”, e-MS code ROBG-417 for a better coordination and more effective reactions of this joint cross-border partnership.
Thus, besides the strategic approach which is needed for ensuring a joint cross-border risk management by the partners of this project, the creation of a joint data base (joint risk register) is aiming to contribute to the prevention, mitigation and coordination of these risks.
Managed by the project partners, this data base includes the risks registered on their territory, so that these one may be analyzed in regard to their duration, damages, their environmental impact, used equipment, specific machines, any other specific measures taken for their mitigation.
The joint data base (joint risk register) is hosted on this website, being periodically updated by the project partners, depending on the risks registered on their territory.
Following the Framework Agreement on the establishment of a joint institutionalized partnership between Tsenovo Municipality, Hotarele Commune and Greaca Commune on better co-ordination and efficient reactions to emergencies caused by natural disasters, the partners will continue to cooperate and to use this register thus ensuring a permanent management of the risks and will make possible the update of the preventive action plans drafted by the local authorities.
